What can we expect when working with Rudy?

As a speaker whose passion is wellness, Rudy strives to make your job worry free and enjoyable. Yes, Meeting Planners, she means you! Rudy is experienced, professional, flexible, accommodating and fun to work with. She is a gifted story-teller. Her stories are riveting and memorable and she uses stories to illustrate points ensuring your audience will retain the message. It's the stories that become the motivating force for change. Rudy's humor is clean, laugh-out-loud, original and carefully chosen to relate to your attendees and the focus of your event. You will not catch audience members dozing during her program. In fact, you will find attendees wishing they could hear more. This means you will come away from your event a hero; a happy, hassle free one at that.

Can Rudy help us include fundraising as part of our event?

Yes. Rudy has been part of hundreds of programs where raising funds as well as raising awareness has been the focus. Please discuss your needs with Rudy to find out how she can help you. If you are considering including a segment such as the "Silent Chair", please request a Tips Sheet which details many suggestions on how to make this a powerful, effective part of your program.

Can we book media interviews?

Rudy is an experienced media guest, having been interviewed by hundreds of radio, television and print media folks. So consider arranging for media interviews to promote your program and/or your message. Just let us know so we can schedule a good time prior to Rudy's arrival or while she is with you.

What happens when we decide to include Rudy at our event?

After you decide to include Rudy in your program, you will receive two copies of a confirmation letter which spells out the details of your event and Rudy's role. Please sign one copy and return it.

Next Rudy will call you to discuss your needs and expectations in detail. She may request to speak with additional folks in your organization and any literature and resource material you can provide her will also aide her in preparing for her program.

In addition, information you will need such as a bio, program description, and photo will be made available to you via e-mail, snail-mail or as a download from her website. As soon as Rudy's travel itinerary is completed you will receive a copy for your records.

Prior to your event, you will receive a "Just Checking In" e-mail or call to make sure all your "i's" are dotted and your "t's" are crossed. As a heart patient, Rudy knows sleep is a good thing and she doesn't want you to loose any sleep over her role at your event.

What are the AV Requirements?

Rudy's preferred microphone is a handheld, cordless one. A lavaliere (clip-on) microphone will also work. To more effectively connect with your audience, she prefers not to stand behind a podium. As an invited guest, Rudy is flexible and willing to work with your venue to create the best setup. Power Point is not part of Rudy's keynotes, but can be made available for workshop programs. Please inquire about arrangements.
